To fight him, assume a strict forearm plank and hold for a single, unbroken set. Hips level, ribs locked, glutes engaged—no piking, no sagging, no shifting. Your damage equals your strict seconds held. (Example: 120-second strict plank = 120 damage.)
Open the Fitness App, enter the Warriors of the Realm group, and tap the World Boss icon to begin. Only your highest single-set damage counts toward the 600 needed to bring him down. Brace the line. Own the breath. Uncoil the serpent.
October Tournaments — Fuel, Form, and Breakthroughs
Four brand-new Tournaments enter the stage this month, each testing Warriors in unique ways:
Ultra Breakthrough (Realm-Wide): Earn points across Nutrition Goals, Combat PRs, and Skill Challenges (PRs capped at 3/day, Skills capped at 5/day, Nutrition no cap).
Super Form & Focus (Summit): Points from Combat Quests and Skill Challenges (Combat capped at 2/day, Skills capped at 5/day).
Super Endurance & Fuel (Summit): Points from Cardio Quests and Nutrition Goals (Cardio capped at 3/day, Nutrition no cap).
Alchemy Goal (Ranked): Points from Nutrition Goals only, with no daily cap.
This continues the evolution of Tournaments with layered scoring systems—Standard, Super, Ultra, and Ultimate—that demand not just effort but strategy, rewarding Warriors who balance strength, endurance, and discipline.
