Infitnite 5.0 Launch Roadmap: Global Launch August 1st

Five years of building comes down to one summer. Closed Alpha opens in mid-June. Global launch lands August 1, on our fifth anniversary. Here's the full roadmap, and exactly when your gate opens.

We finally get to say it.

Infitnite 5.0 launches worldwide on August 1, 2026. The next evolution of Infitnite: an all-in-one fitness app and mobile role playing game, rebuilt from the ground up on our own fully custom platform. Right now Infitnite lives in two apps, a game app and a fitness app. Infitnite 5.0 pulls them into one. One unified app, the whole experience in a single place. And it arrives on our fifth anniversary, five years to the day since I opened the doors in 2021. Between now and then, four gates open one at a time, each one wider than the last.

If you're a current Warrior, a former one, or someone who's been watching from the walls waiting for the right moment, your entry is already marked on this map. This post tells you exactly when your gate opens, what you need to walk through it, and what's waiting on the other side of launch. That last part involves a boss the entire community will have to fight together. We'll get there.

A word before the map

Something happened during this build that I have to tell you about.

I married Olia.

If you've been around Infitnite for a while, you know her as our Operations Sorceress. To me she's my soulmate, and after a long engagement, she's now my wife. We spent part of this summer in Hawaii, and I'll be honest with you: I brought the laptop. I sat with the ocean a hundred feet off and kept building this thing for you anyway.

That's part of why the road ran a little longer than planned. I'm not sorry. I married the love of my life and I never set the work down.

Today is day 225 of building Infitnite 5.0 alone. I've shown up for every one of them.

First, the road itself.

Why we're opening the gates one at a time

I could flip one switch right now and let everyone in at once. I won't. Here's my thinking.

The next evolution of Infitnite is the biggest thing we've ever built, and the Warriors who test it first will shape what everyone else experiences at launch. We've had hundreds and hundreds of Warriors come through Infitnite over the past five years. That history is an advantage most launches never get: a community that already knows what this system feels like when it works, and who'll tell me the truth when something doesn't.

So each phase invites a specific group for a specific reason. Earned access first. Feedback quality over headcount. Then the doors open to the world.

Phase I: Closed Alpha. Mid-June

The first gate opens for the Warriors already inside.

Closed Alpha is for current Infitnite subscribers with an active subscription to any of the three Realms: the Dungeon, the Academy, or the Sanctum. If that's you, you don't need to do anything except keep your subscription active. Access comes to you. [LINK: Realms/membership page]

You'll be the first players in history to get your hands on Infitnite 5.0. You'll also be the first to break it, and I mean that as a job description. Find the cracks. Tell me where it bends.

Phase II: Closed Beta. July. Invite only

I made this gate invite-only on purpose.

Closed Beta brings back former Infitnite subscribers, the Warriors who came before. With hundreds of past Warriors out there, opening it to everyone at once would bury the signal I need most before Early Access.

So I'm sending invitations to former subscribers who were active during their time inside: logging workouts, logging nutrition, completing quests. If you put in real work during your run, watch your inbox in July. You noticed what this system got right the first time around. I'm counting on you to notice what's changed.

Phase III: Early Access. Mid-July

The third gate swings wide.

Early Access is for the whole community: website members, every Bronze tier member, and all former subscribers who haven't already come back through Beta. If you're on our email list, took one of our courses or quizzes, train with us in the Facebook group, or follow Infitnite on Facebook, Instagram, or YouTube, this is your gate.

Some of you have followed this build for years. I see you in the group and in the comments. Mid-July, you finally step inside the thing you've watched me build.

Here's the part that matters most. The app is free to play. Free to download, free to train, free to progress your Warrior. There's an optional subscription if you want the added features and services, but you lose nothing by walking in. Free app. Nothing to lose.

Phase IV: Global Launch. August 1. Everyone

Five years to the day.

On August 1, 2026, Infitnite 5.0 launches worldwide. No gates, no lists, no invitations. Everyone, everywhere. The fifth anniversary of the day I launched this company becomes the day the full vision finally goes live.

I'm very, very excited to give current, old, and new players the next evolution of Infitnite. This is the closest version of the experience to the vision I had when I launched in 2021. I've carried that picture in my head for five years. On August 1, you get to stand in it.

After launch: World Bosses

Launch day isn't the finish line. It's the starting gun.

August 1 kicks off a post-launch roadmap, not a victory lap. I have so much already built and waiting. World Bosses is just the first reveal.

So here's that first reveal. World Bosses are game-wide cooperative combat where the entire player base fights one enemy together. Each World Boss is weak against a specific exercise. You pick that exercise and push one set as far as it will go. Every rep in that set deals damage, multiplied by the weight you move. Reps times load. You get one shot per attempt, then you can come back and hit the boss again. Bodyweight Warriors strike through their own volume calculation, so nobody trains outside the fight. Your set in a garage gym in Ohio stacks on top of a Warrior's set in Tokyo, all of it pouring into one damage pool. Full design details arrive when the system is ready.

It's going to take the collective efforts of all players to bring one down. Not your guild. Not your training partners. Everyone. A single damage bar that only moves when we move.

I've wanted to build this since the beginning. Soon you'll help me kill it.

Your move, Warrior

Here's the road one more time: Closed Alpha in mid-June for active subscribers. Closed Beta in July, invite-only, for former Warriors who put in the work. Early Access in mid-July for the community. Global launch August 1. World Bosses after that.

The shortest path to the front of that line is simple: active subscribers walk through the first gate.

Choose your Realm and begin your quest at fitnessfantasyrpg.com. I'll see you in the Alpha.
