The Infitnite Strength Trials have been reforged with version 1.5 into a free, five-minute rite of passage where you step into the Hall of Heroes, pull the Nine Ancient Swords, receive instant feedback, coaching, and a clear map to ascend through the ranks of strength.
Forging the first blade
When I first created the Strength Trials, I didn’t initially set out to build an “experience.”
It was supposed to be simple. Quick. A five-minute gut check.
Nine questions. Nine foundational movement patterns. Tap your numbers in, get your rank, and walk away with a rough estimate of where your strength stood. That was it. Nothing flashy. Nothing immersive. Just a tool.
But tools evolve when real people use them.
The feedback rolled in. Some of it encouraging, much of it critical, all of it useful. Warriors told me they hadn’t tested certain lifts before. Others didn’t want to attempt a one-rep maximum (1RM) just to complete the Trials. Some couldn’t physically perform specific movements anymore because of old injuries or different goals. Many never reached the end because all the results were locked behind the final screen and even then, the page was long, cluttered, and hard to make sense of.
And the most important feedback? It felt like an assessment. Cold. Evaluative. Like you were being judged. That was the opposite of what I wanted.
Because Infitnite is not about judgment. It’s about immersion. It’s about you stepping into the world as the hero of your own story.
So I went back to the forge…
From assessment to adventure
What started as a checklist is now a journey. Instead of clicking through nine max tests and waiting until the end, you step into the Hall of Heroes. You discover the Nine Ancient Swords, each one bound to a movement pattern that must be pulled, tested, and imbued with your strength.
It’s no longer “face these questions.” It’s “pull these swords.”
Each sword has its own chamber, its own lore, its own symbolism. You don’t just log a number, you claim it. And the Hall responds in real time.
The moment you complete a trial, you see:
Your rank for that movement pattern.
Your score increase.
And most importantly, how to get stronger next time.
That last piece transforms everything. Because now the Trials aren’t just a mirror showing you where you stand, they’re a map showing you where to go.
The inclusion of choice
One of the biggest problems with the old Trials was rigidity. Every test was based on a one-rep maximum (1RM). If you hadn’t tested it recently (or ever) you were stuck. Many people just dropped out right there.
The solution was simple in theory, hard in execution: choice.
Now, each of the nine movement patterns offers three different exercise options: Easy, Medium, and Hard. Some test a one-rep maximum. Others use rep-based strength standards. You pick the version that fits your experience level and current capacity.
This single change made the Trials accessible to everyone from beginners to advanced lifters or anyone in between. But making it happen was brutal. Expanding from nine to twenty-seven exercises meant rebuilding our entire data engine.
We had to dig deep into internal datasets, pull in external research, and normalize everything so that scores remained accurate and fair. We split the data by men and women, because pretending those curves are identical helps no one. Then we re-weighted everything so that no matter which door you chose (Easy, Medium, or Hard) you’d still get a fair and comparable result.
It took weeks of spreadsheets, research, late nights, and stubborn commitment. But it was worth it. Because now, instead of exclusion, the Trials are pure inclusion.
Depth without drag
The other major overhaul came down to flow.
Before, you had to grind through all nine trials before you saw anything. That created drop-offs. People got stuck, frustrated, or bored. Now? You get feedback sword by sword. Each chamber closes with a rank, a score bump, and coaching cues for improvement. That little loop (challenge, feedback, guidance) keeps you engaged and moving forward.
We also cleaned up the end screen. Instead of a scroll to Mordor, you get a concise, share-ready summary: your overall Strength Rank, what it means, and the clearest next step for momentum.
And yes, it’s still under five minutes. Because speed matters. If something is lightweight, you’ll actually do it. You’ll re-test. You’ll see progress. You’ll adjust. That cycle compounds. Five minutes is the gateway to a lifetime of strength.
Seeing instead of guessing
To eliminate confusion, every exercise now includes a demonstration image, with versions for both men and women. That’s 54 visual examples of not only what the exercise looks like, but how it should be technically performed. That way, you don’t waste time wondering if you’re testing the right thing or moving the right way. Clarity makes the experience smoother. And a smoother experience makes better data.
What you actually walk away with
In five minutes, you’ll know:
Your overall Strength Rank and individual ranks across the nine movement patterns.
Where you’re strong, where you’re weak, and what to do about it.
How to progress each pattern safely, whether you’re Rank 1 or Rank 6.
Exactly where to go next if you want more depth—the free Infitnite Bronze Tier, with tools and quests for training, nutrition, and mindset.
That’s not just a test. That’s coaching in disguise.
For the new and the seasoned
If you’re new to Infitnite, start with the Strength Trials here. The Trials are the best free first taste of what we do. You’ll step into the Hall, pull the swords, and walk away with value you can apply immediately.
If you’ve been playing for a while, treat the Trials like a compass. Use them as a checkpoint between training phases. Pull the swords, read the cues, adjust your focus, and come back in a few weeks to see how your ranks have shifted.
The story that carries it all
Numbers alone are sterile. Story alone is fluff. But when you fuse the two, you get something different…something alive.
That’s what the Nine Ancient Swords Update has become: data with soul, rigor wrapped in myth. An assessment that doesn’t just measure you… it equips you.
And that’s always been the heart of Infitnite.
What started as a quick tool is now a five-minute rite of passage. You enter the Hall, you pull the swords, and you walk out carrying more than numbers. You leave with a map, a clear path forward.
Whether you’re stepping into Infitnite for the first time or sharpening your edge as a seasoned Warrior, the invitation remains the same:

I’ll see you in the Hall.
