There’s something surreal about writing this.

Not because I’m surprised by the result—but because of how normal it felt while it was happening.

In less than 6 weeks, I:

  • Crushed 30+ Personal Records

  • Increased my 1 Strike Max on Bench by 10 pounds

  • And felt more precise, focused, and explosive than I’ve ever felt in a training phase

But here’s the truth:

This wasn’t just a highlight reel of personal bests.

This was the result of an entire framework—a system of Combat, Alchemy, and Intellect—working in harmony to push me forward, one Quest at a time.

Let’s go behind the curtain and break down how it all came together.

⚔️ Campaigns Over Chaos: From Functional Strength to Functional Power

Let’s start with structure.

Because I didn’t wing this. I followed a Campaign.

In Infitnite, a Campaign is a structured, progressive training program designed to develop one of our elemental Masteries—the driving force behind your current fitness goal.

But there’s also your Class, which defines the way you train to pursue that goal.

For me, I was running with the Monk Class—a class focused on functional training.

And for nearly six months straight, I trained as a Gravity Monk:

  • Class: Monk (Functional Training)

  • Mastery: Gravity (Strength)

  • Focus: Functional Strength

This style taught me how to generate raw force through full-body movement. Every Quest was rooted in control, bracing, and overcoming weight with precise tension and total-body unity.

But after six months of building that base…

It was time for a shift.

I evolved into a ⚡ Lightning Monk, where the Mastery shifted from Strength to Power.

And that shift wasn’t just physical.

It reshaped everything about how I trained.

Suddenly the goal wasn’t just to overcome weight…

It was to overcome inertia.

To accelerate.

To generate explosive force under instability.

And to do it with relentless intent.

⚡ Why Power Training Pulverizes Plateaus

Let’s talk about what changed.

Lightning Mastery is about explosiveness. But it’s more than that.

It’s also about:

  • Bar speed and concentric velocity

  • Unstable force production (e.g., chains, bands, hanging weights)

  • Core-stabilized control under dynamic tension

  • Advanced neurological demand through speed-strength supersets

This wasn’t just about moving fast.

This was about learning to generate power from chaos.

Every week included:

  • Band-resisted push-ups and presses

  • Chain-loaded bench presses

  • Hanging plate work for instability

  • Explosive push presses and med ball throws

All of it was designed to force me into positions where the body couldn’t rely on brute strength alone.

I had to stabilize, accelerate, and own the movement through every inch of the range.

That’s the true power of Lightning training.

And here’s what I’ll say clearly:

Power training pulverizes plateaus.

It doesn’t just help you push past them.

It breaks through them before they can even form.

That’s why I didn’t just increase my bench by 10 pounds.

I shattered dozens of ceilings in a span of just a few weeks.

🧪 Nutritional Alchemy: Fueling for Adaptation

Now let’s talk Alchemy.

Because none of this would’ve stuck without intelligent fueling.

Inside Infitnite, Alchemy is our adaptive nutrition system—strategic, evolving, and rooted in real-time feedback.

Throughout this campaign, I adjusted my macros weekly based on recovery, performance, and gym readiness.

  • Low energy → Increased carbs

  • Plateau → Added strategic calories

  • Recovery lagging → Increased protein

  • Progress accelerating → Hold and sustain

It wasn’t about sticking to some static number.

It was about responding to the demands of my Quest.

And that responsiveness gave me the fuel to show up at full strength when it mattered most—no burnout, no guesswork, no wasted days.

And for me?

Some days, I felt flat.

Some days, I didn’t want to push.

But when I saw another warrior catching up…

I dug deeper.

That pressure didn’t drain me.

  • Dozens of Combat Quests finished with more intention

  • PRs hit on days I almost coasted

  • A level of consistency that had nothing to do with motivation—and everything to do with momentum

Tournaments gave me more than a leaderboard.
